WHAT WILL YOU DO EVERY DAY AS A SITE SUPERVISOR
In this role youll ensure the safety of a VIP retail account by supervising a team conducting risk assessments and serving as the main contact for clients. Your daily tasks include overseeing operations coordinating emergency responses implementing protocols and maintaining strong relationships with clients and staff to ensure a secure environment.
WHEN WILL YOU WORK
This is a full-time role scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE OUR SITE SUPERVISOR
- 18 years old or the minimum age required by the state
- US citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to work in the United States legally
- 2 years verifiable security experience
- Customer service experience
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass state-required training and qualifications for licensing
- Proven experience in security management and client relationship management
- Proficiency with security technologies Microsoft Office and scheduling systems
- Ability to utilize client monitoring equipment (guard tour badges cameras)
- Ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively and identify critical issues quickly and accurately
- High attention to detail
- Ability to manage a team
- Operate radio or telephone equipment and console monitors
- Own a mobile phone and have a valid email address
- Ability to provide a DD214 discharge document with discharge status (if applicable)
- Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and emergency response planning
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Physical capability to lift 50 lbs. climb stairs and conduct rounds as needed
Military veterans and retired law enforcement officers are encouraged to apply! CPP or PSP certifications are a plus.
