QUALIFICATIONS

18 years old or the minimum age required by the state
US citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to work in the United States legally
2 years verifiable security experience
Customer service experience
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass state-required training and qualifications for licensing
Proven experience in security management and client relationship management
Proficiency with security technologies Microsoft Office and scheduling systems
Ability to utilize client monitoring equipment (guard tour badges cameras)
Ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively and identify critical issues quickly and accurately
High attention to detail
Ability to manage a team
Operate radio or telephone equipment and console monitors
Own a mobile phone and have a valid email address
Ability to provide a DD214 discharge document with discharge status (if applicable)
Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and emergency response planning
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Physical capability to lift 50 lbs. climb stairs and conduct rounds as needed

Military veterans and retired law enforcement officers are encouraged to apply! CPP or PSP certifications are a plus.

SCHEDULE: This is a full-time position Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

WHAT TO EXPECT AS A RETAIL SECURITY SITE SUPERVISOR

In this role youll lead a team of professionals ensuring they are trained and aligned with client needs. Youll conduct risk assessments develop plans and serve as the primary contact for VIP clients building strong relationships.
