Job Summary:
The Food and Beverage Supervisor oversees daily operations in the hotels restaurant bar and/or breakfast area. This role ensures excellent guest service high-quality food and beverage standards and smooth team performance.
Compensation Rate: $20.24 to $21.00 Hourly
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support food and beverage staff during shifts.
Ensure all guests receive prompt friendly and professional service.
Monitor food quality presentation and safety standards.
Assist with scheduling training and performance of team members.
Handle guest concerns and resolve issues quickly.
Help manage inventory supplies and ordering as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Previous food and beverage or restaurant supervisory experience preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of food safety and customer service standards.
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
