This is a full-time outside sales role where your expertise and energy will directly impact revenue and customer satisfaction.

What Youll Do:
- Build and strengthen relationships with customers through on-site visits needs assessments and consultative selling.
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned markets.
- Manage existing accounts to ensure retention satisfaction and growth.
- Present Majestics products and value-added services to educate and influence purchasing decisions.
- Analyze account performance and develop strategies to increase sales and market share.
- Collaborate with internal teamsincluding operations procurement and customer serviceto deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales records forecasts and customer documentation.
- Represent Majestic at trade shows product seminars and industry events while staying informed on steel market trends and competitive activity.
- Other job-related duties and special projects as assigned
Who Were Looking For:
Education & Experience:
- Marketing Business Finance or related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum four (4) years of consultative sales experience ideally in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Two (2) years of outside sales experience in steel metal or realted industry
Technical Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office products and Windows-based applications
Skills:
- Proven success achieving or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Exceptional communication presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship builder who connects authentically with customers.
- Strategic self-motivated and able to work independently with sound judgment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.

- Must be able to work outside normal business hours as needed.
- Proven ability to work efficiently from a home office setting.
