What Youll Do:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with specifiers architects contractors and construction professionals.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
- Utilize CRM tools and KPI reporting to track sales activity pipeline growth and performance metrics.
- Conduct product presentations site visits and demonstrations to persuasively showcase our roofing and waterproofing solutions.
- Set and achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets with a focus on consistent revenue growth.
- Stay ahead of industry trends competitor activities and market demands to drive strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless project execution.
What Were Looking For:
- 10 years of sales and technical experience in building materials with strong engagement in the specification community.
- Previous experience in waterproofing roofing or construction management is highly preferred.
- A persuasive product-oriented sales professional with the ability to translate technical product benefits into compelling sales solutions.
- An independent competitive and self-motivated individual with a strong business acumen for territory and product line management.
- Proven ability to develop and manage a sales pipeline through CRM tools and KPI tracking.
- Exceptional customer service skills with established relationships in the architectural and construction community.
- A valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
