Were looking for a high-energy self-motivated Sales Manager to lead sales efforts within the roofing and waterproofing sector. This role is ideal for someone who excels at product-oriented technical sales has a keen business acumen and is eager to take ownership of a high-potential territory and product line.

What Youll Do:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with specifiers architects contractors and construction professionals.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
  • Utilize CRM tools and KPI reporting to track sales activity pipeline growth and performance metrics.
  • Conduct product presentations site visits and demonstrations to persuasively showcase our roofing and waterproofing solutions.
  • Set and achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets with a focus on consistent revenue growth.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends competitor activities and market demands to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless project execution.

What Were Looking For:

  • 10 years of sales and technical experience in building materials with strong engagement in the specification community.
  • Previous experience in waterproofing roofing or construction management is highly preferred.
  • A persuasive product-oriented sales professional with the ability to translate technical product benefits into compelling sales solutions.
  • An independent competitive and self-motivated individual with a strong business acumen for territory and product line management.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage a sales pipeline through CRM tools and KPI tracking.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with established relationships in the architectural and construction community.
  • A valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
