In this on-site role youll handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat providing timely and professional support on a variety of topics such as account issues product information and troubleshooting.
Location: Sofia Bulgaria (On-site)
Languages: Dutch (C2) & English (B2)
Role Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday-Friday 10:00-19:00
Training: 3 weeks on-site
Relocation Support Provided
EU Passport Required
What Youll Do:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Support users with account management orders or product-related questions
- Document interactions using internal systems and tools
- Escalate complex cases when necessary
- Deliver service excellence while meeting performance KPIs
