Job Summary

Who you are:

You seek to support Lakepointe Churchs mission by helping ensure the accuracy and reliability of ministry data. You demonstrate skills needed to keep member volunteer and donor information organized secure and up to date. You display a strong attention to detail enjoy working with data and desire to serve the church through excellence in administration and stewardship.

What youll do:

Perform data entry cleanup and validation across church management systems.
Review records for accuracy completeness and duplication.
Assist with data audits and produce routine reports for ministry teams.
Support staff and volunteers by answering data-related questions and providing training on data standards.
Actively engage in and contribute to monthly worship sessions during All Staff.
Prepare and maintain lists for communication events and donor acknowledgements.
Ensure all information is handled with confidentiality and security in mind.
Help with data imports exports and integrations as directed.
Contribute ideas to improve data processes and documentation.

Skills & Experience youve had:

Associate or Bachelors degree in Information Systems Business or related field preferred
1-2 years of experience with data entry or database administration (non-profit or ministry experience is a plus)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Google sheets or basic database tools
Strong organizational problem-solving and interpersonal skills
