Your role as a leader

Requirements

2 to 5 years PQE Singapore qualified lawyer preferably with relevant experience in handling general corporate commercial and fund matters including but not limited to corporate restructuring mergers & acquisitions and fund documentation
Strong academic credentials
Possessed excellent drafting communication and IT skills
Able to work independently and together as a team
Meticulous driven able to work under pressure well organized and takes initiative.
