Reporting to the Implementation Manager the incumbent provides administrative and clerical support to the Department of Implementation. The incumbent reviews and compiles packages with respect to briefing notes reports meeting minutes and transcripts provides logistical support related to engagement and events attends and supports meetings and ensures the appropriate records retention of the Departments files.
An Eligibility List may be established from this competition the duration of the eligibility list may be up to 12 months. The eligibility list may be used to fill future permanent full-time permanent part-time temporary full-time temporary part-time term or auxiliary on-call vacancies within the same department and classification based on the organizational needs by going the next highest ranked candidate until the eligibility list expires.

Essential Qualifications:
- Grade 12 (or equivalent) plus completion of post-secondary diploma or coursework in business administration office administration public administration or related discipline with a minimum of one year of work experience in an administrative assistant role; an equivalent combination of education knowledge skills and experience will be considered.
- Strong office management and administrative skills including experience drafting briefing notes research summaries memos and correspondence.
- Experience reviewing and managing confidential materials (for example Council correspondence and briefing notes).
- Demonstrated experience in minute-taking and/or transcribing.
- Demonstrated experience using and moderating videoconferencing and teleconferencing technologies.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 programs including SharePoint and Adobe Pro.
- Working knowledge of TH values culture and traditions.
- General knowledge of the TH Final Agreement TH Self-Government Agreement and TH Constitution.
Conditions of Employment:
- Valid Class 5 Drivers license with clear drivers abstract.
- TH101 Cultural Awareness training.
