ResponsibilitiesYour Responsibilities
Every day brings a chance to make an impact! As a Facility Coordinator youll:
- Ensure Health and Safety is a top priority by following policies and maintaining a safe workspace.
- Perform compliance checks on manifest paperwork and enter data into WINWEB.
- Interact with visitors drivers and co-workers to keep operations running smoothly.
- Create outbound manifests and hazardous waste labels for shipments.
- Organize and file plant and truck-to-truck paperwork.
- Maintain trailer inventories and handle data entry into internal systems.
- Perform general clerical duties such as typing filing and administrative tasks as needed.
QualificationsWhat Youll Need to Succeed
Were looking for individuals who are organized detail-oriented and team players!
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 years of related work experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills are a must!
- DOT training/knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
