Regional Operations Partner Charlotte NC

An exciting opportunity is available for a RegionalOperations Partner to take on a leadership-driven clinical role supporting several hospitals in theNorth Carolina region. This position is ideal for an experienced veterinarian ready to balance hands-on patient care with operational leadership mentorship and regional impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent medical care while fostering collaboration and consistency across hospital teams

  • Mentor and guide veterinarians supporting professional growth and confidence in clinical decision-making

  • Work alongside hospital leaders to improve workflows elevate client satisfaction and maintain high standards of care

  • Participate in recruiting and onboarding new veterinarians to strengthen team dynamics and culture

  • Promote compliance and uphold quality standards to ensure the best patient outcomes

  • Review performance data and collaborate with leadership to enhance efficiency and drive improvement initiatives

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree

  • Active or obtainable veterinary license in North Carolina

  • At least 3 years of clinical experience with proven leadership or mentorship abilities

  • Strong communication interpersonal and organizational skills

  • Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed
