Regional Operations Partner Charlotte NC
An exciting opportunity is available for a RegionalOperations Partner to take on a leadership-driven clinical role supporting several hospitals in theNorth Carolina region. This position is ideal for an experienced veterinarian ready to balance hands-on patient care with operational leadership mentorship and regional impact.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver excellent medical care while fostering collaboration and consistency across hospital teams
Mentor and guide veterinarians supporting professional growth and confidence in clinical decision-making
Work alongside hospital leaders to improve workflows elevate client satisfaction and maintain high standards of care
Participate in recruiting and onboarding new veterinarians to strengthen team dynamics and culture
Promote compliance and uphold quality standards to ensure the best patient outcomes
Review performance data and collaborate with leadership to enhance efficiency and drive improvement initiatives
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree
Active or obtainable veterinary license in North Carolina
At least 3 years of clinical experience with proven leadership or mentorship abilities
Strong communication interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed
