Master Trades Professional

As a Master Trades Professional a typical day might include the following:

• Owning relationships with assigned foremen and/or other trade professionals to efficiently complete projects and work orders.

• Planning and managing projects from conception to completion maintaining accurate records and serving as the subject matter expert on equipment used in the installation repair and maintenance of building systems.

• Reading technical diagrams and blueprints ensuring that completed work meets the desired end state and completing red-line drawings for necessary changes during construction.

• Responding to emergency situations during or after hours to resolve immediate safety concerns.

• Following and promoting continuous improvement of workplace safety environmental practices area processes and waste reduction opportunities.

• Following and applying SEL Values Principles of Operations and World Class Manufacturing Principles.

This job might be for you if you:

• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent

• Possess a WA Limited Energy System (O6) license Journeymans license or equivalent license for the state in which you will work.

• Can read understand follow and strictly enforce safety procedures.

• Can work various shifts hours and days depending on workload.

• Have a valid Drivers License

• Have strong writing documentation and speaking skills

• Are able to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities

• Are able to work cooperatively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in licensed trade

Physical Requirements

• Lift and maneuver 40 pounds frequently

• Pull weight from high/low shelves

• Ability to safely ascend and descend ladders

• Reach

• Bend

• Grip

• Twist

• Stand for at least 8 hours
