Job Summary
Prime Video is a first-stop entertainment destination offering customers a vast collection of premium programming in one app available across thousands of devices. Prime members can customize their viewing experience and find their favorite movies series documentaries and live sports including Amazon MGM Studios-produced series and movies; licensed fan favorites; and programming from Prime Video add-on subscriptions such as Apple TV Max Crunchyroll and MGM. All customers regardless of whether they have a Prime membership or not can rent or buy titles via the Prime Video Store and can enjoy even more content for free with ads.

We are looking for a talented Senior Manager of Product Management to support our ambitious growth efforts. You will lead a team that is charged with identifying developing and building new experiences that change the game for sports fans. These experiences will be available worldwide and will require close attention to customer needs globally. This role is inherently cross-functional - you will work closely with engineering project management design operations finance legal business development customer service content acquisition operations and executive teams to launch these experiences. A successful candidate will be highly analytical able to work effectively in a matrix organization and adept at synthesizing a variety of inputs to deliver high quality products and solutions. You will own regular communication and presentations with senior leadership on technology dependency management availability quality and product health.
The ideal candidate should have thrived and succeeded in hiring and developing great teams and delivering broadly adopted technology products or services in a high growth environment. You should be a strong leader who can prioritize well communicate clearly and compellingly and understand how to drive a high level of focus and excellence. You should have keen business sense and also have developed a deep understanding of technology. Qualified candidates have experience defining products mapping requirements to engineering functional specifications leading large cross functional and cross organizational efforts and successfully delivering complex products and services at high scale.
- 6 years of team management experience
- 2 years of end to end product delivery experience
- 8 years of technical product or program management experience
- Bachelors degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience delivering consumer software products and services in a high growth environment

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $178100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $307900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
