Job Summary

KalSoft is seeking a highly skilled SharePoint Administrator & Developer with strong expertise to join our dynamic technology team. This role requires an experienced professional capable of handling both SharePoint administration and development delivering enterprise-level solutions with precision and efficiency.

Location: UAE
Experience: Minimum 5 years

Key Responsibilities:

Administer configure and maintain SharePoint On-Premises environments following Microsoft best practices.
Develop and customize SharePoint solutions using C# .NET HTML CSS Bootstrap jQuery JavaScript and related technologies.
Design implement and maintain workflows and forms using Nintex.
Build and maintain solutions leveraging SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and REST API / CSOM for SharePoint 2016.
Write execute and optimize PowerShell scripts for administration and automation.
Manage Medium to High Complexity Farms including High Availability and Disaster Recovery (Hot-Standby farms).
Prepare technical and functional documentation including specification documents.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions within deadlines.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Software Engineering or related field.
Microsoft Certification for SharePoint Developer.
Nintex Certification for Workflows and Forms.
Strong experience with Framework SQL Server and MVC architectural patterns.
Proven experience in SharePoint Services Topology and Administrative PowerShell commands.
In-depth knowledge of OOB capabilities of SharePoint and its components.
Strong troubleshooting communication and attention-to-detail skills.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SharePoint administration and development.
