About the Role
Were looking for an Operations & Strategy Associate to support the Chief of Staff in driving alignment operating cadence and execution across the company.
This role is about making things run smoothly and predictably coordinating complex processes chasing inputs from senior leaders and ensuring key meetings and deliverables happen on time and at a high standard. It requires a combination of organization assertiveness and emotional intelligence someone who is confident enough to follow up and challenge when needed yet self-aware tactful and respectful in doing so.
You will be central to how the executive team operates: keeping leadership rhythms consistent following up on decisions structuring data and updates clearly and drafting materials that communicate ideas effectively and concisely.

Responsibilities
Coordination & Execution
- Plan coordinate and track key executive processes including QBRs board prep company calls and leadership offsites.
- Manage inputs and deadlines across teams; assertively but respectfully follow up to ensure timely and complete responses.
- Prepare and refine executive materials from slide decks to written summaries ensuring clarity accuracy and consistent tone.
- Maintain the CEO dashboard and other recurring reports consolidating and interpreting data into clear actionable summaries.
Process Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies in coordination reporting or communication and propose practical improvements to implement.
- Support the Chief of Staff in strengthening company-wide operating rhythms and accountability practices.
Operational Support
- Keep executive meetings schedules and documentation organized and up to date.
- Ensure recurring meetings (e.g. OKR reviews leadership syncs) are well-prepared with outcomes well captured and followed through.
- Support the CoS and/or CEO on board processes. This includes scheduling meeting prep and document coordination as appropriate.
- Anticipate coordination needs cross-team dependencies and potential bottlenecks and flag them proactively.

About You
Basic requirements
- 23 years of experience in an operational or coordination-heavy role for example project coordination operations or program management in a tech company startup consulting or other fast-moving environment.
- Fluent English speaker and writer.
- A deep curiosity and capacity to learn about the operations strategy and product portfolio of our company.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills; able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent command of PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel with comfort handling and presenting data accurately.
- Outstanding written communication skills able to craft clear concise summaries and executive-ready materials.
- Confident and assertive communicator yet self-aware tactful and sensitive in your approach.
- Highly organized detail-oriented and reliable with the curiosity and business awareness to understand how the company operates and grows.
- Professional maturity and discretion when handling confidential information.
