Health Content & Marketing Intern (Part-time)

Role Summary

Bowties mission is to make insurance good again and our vision is to build a category-defining health insurance company.

We are looking for interns to join us throughout the year - as a Bowtie intern you will be treated and work like the rest of the team (no fetching coffee duties) and gain experience in substantive marketing or growth projects.

About the Role

You will work closely with our Marketing and Health teams to gain hands-on experience in content creation campaign execution and digital marketing operations. Youll have the opportunity to create and manage content across various platforms and channels helping us communicate our mission and engage customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and update marketing content across multiple platforms including social media website blogs affiliates and email
• Develop and update content for ads social posts blog articles and video calls-to-action (CTA)
• Ideate and create engaging health-related content that aligns with Bowties values and brand voice
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of WhatsApp templates and related materials
• Support the rollout of marketing campaigns and day-to-day marketing operations
• Monitor review and report on content performance and engagement metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels
• Assist the Health team with administrative and operational tasks as needed

Internship Duration:

Part-time: 3 days per week 3-6 months

About you

• Current student in Business Administration Marketing Communications Public Health or a related discipline
• Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
• Creative proactive and eager to learn
• Attentive to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Experience with social media platforms content creation tools or basic design software is a plus
• Skills in data analytics SEO or digital marketing platforms are bonus points
