An exciting opportunity has arisen for a caring and committed Teaching Assistant to join a Good secondary school in Chelmsford starting January 2026. This full-time permanent roleis ideal for someone passionate about supporting students and helping them thrive academically and personally.
The Role
As a Teaching Assistant you will:
- Provide in-class support to students with varying learning needs.
- Work closely with teachers to adapt lessons and resources.
- Support literacy numeracy and social development across KS3KS4.
- Assist with small group work and targeted intervention sessions.
