Were Hiring: Bilingual Patient Care Representative
Location: Santo Domingo Distrito Nacional (Onsite)
Employment type: Full-time 9-hour shifts (between 7:00 a.m. 7:00 p.m.)
Position Summary

Tasks

Be the first point of contact between patients and the healthcare team. As a Bilingual Patient Care Representative you will ensure patients receive timely assistance with appointments follow-ups and inquiries always with empathy professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

Manage patient appointments: scheduling rescheduling and follow-ups.
Provide accurate information about services availability and procedures (non-clinical).
Assist patients in English and Spanish with clarity and empathy.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA & company protocols).
Document interactions and escalate issues as needed.

Requirements

High school diploma or ongoing university studies.
Fluent or advanced English level.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
