The Bilingual Dispatch Specialist is responsible for coordinating daily service requests managing schedules and ensuring clear communication between clients technicians and internal teams. This role requires strong organizational skills the ability to multitask and fluency in both English and Spanish. The specialist will act as the central communication point to ensure efficient workflow timely service delivery and excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities
Receive prioritize and dispatch incoming calls service orders and technical requests.
Assign jobs to technicians based on skill availability and urgency.
Provide real-time updates to clients on job status technician ETA or any scheduling changes.
Maintain accurate records of all communications updates and completed tasks in the dispatch system.
Monitor ongoing jobs to ensure deadlines and SLAs are met.
Communicate proactively with team members to resolve delays conflicts or escalations.
Coordinate emergency or high-priority dispatch when needed.
Support operations with administrative duties and reporting.
Ensure all communicationinternal and externalis clear professional and timely.
Requirements
Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience in dispatching scheduling customer service or similar roles.
Strong multitasking and time management skills.
Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage pressure calmly.
Comfortable using dispatching software CRMs or ticketing systems.
