Job Summary
Are you passionate about the use of innovative technologies in the financial industry CRX Markets is Europes leading global digital marketplace for working capital finance with a team of highly talented and motivated employees. To further expand our operations team we are looking for like-minded and motivated your role as Associate Technical Implementation you will ensure the smooth technical integration and automation of processes for our clients and financing partners. As an independent problem solver you are always open to new challenges and work hands-on to find tailored solutions. You are constantly looking to further develop our processes and products and are willing to take on projects alongside your day-to-day work.
Your Role
- Manage the technical stream of customer integration projects
- Act as the central contact person for all technical questions during the course of the project and coordinate internal and external technical resources
- Support our customers with the technical integration of our systems e.g. via EBICS SFTP or our SAP add-ons
- Provide technical support for corporate customers and financing partners
- Create and maintain technical documentation and project plans
- Proactively monitor relevant systems and technical analyses for early detection and resolution of disruptions
Your Profile
- Degree in STEM/business administration/economics or a comparable field e.g. business informatics or engineering
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- Initial experience in project management in a B2B environment
- Communicative person who enjoys actively approaching and interacting with customers and other internal and external stakeholders
- Motivated and cooperative personality with a strong team spirit actively contributing to the achievement of team and company goals
- Strong affinity for IT and interest in independently familiarizing yourself with technical details
- Solution-oriented and structured way of working
