Your Opportunity

You will be part of our Starting Off in Sales Program a structured 12-month development program designed to launch early-career talent into B2B sales. This role is ideal if you have little or no prior sales experience but are motivated to build a career in FinTech and B2B Sales. Through hands-on experience structured enablement and continuous coaching youll rapidly build the foundations needed to progress into more advanced sales roles. As a Sales Development Associate you will play a key role in driving Mollies growth in Germany by generating new business opportunities engaging potential customers and qualifying leads for the sales team.

What Youll Be Doing
Over the course of the program you will progressively take on more responsibility:

  • Research and identify potential customers and key decision-makers

  • Engage prospects via phone email and LinkedIn to generate interest

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on need budget and timing

  • Book and qualify meetings for the sales team

  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline data in the CRM

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine outreach strategies

  • Gradually lead discovery calls and support early-stage opportunities

  • Work toward clear activity and performance targets with commission-based incentives

  • Participate in ongoing training coaching and enablement throughout the program

Youll be supported by structured enablement regular feedback and exposure to different parts of the commercial organisation.

What Youll Bring

You might be a good fit if you:

  • Are a recent graduate(or comparable) and have up to 1 year of professional experience

  • Are fluent in German and English

  • Are curious and ask why until you truly understand how businesses work

  • Are self-motivated and comfortable working independently

  • Are resilient and able to handle rejection

  • Prefer consultative win-win conversations over hard selling

  • Are comfortable with numbers and basic commercial logic

  • Enjoy learning new tools and technologies (CRM fintech SaaS)

What Youll Get

  • A structured 12-month sales development program (Incl. a period of time spent in Lisbon and visits to our hubs in Amsterdam and other places around Europe)

  • Hands-on experience across inbound outbound and qualification
