Job Title: Salesforce Technical Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with a proven track record in Salesforce solution design and architecture and hands-on experience in managing L2 Support Teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable Salesforce solutions leading technical development efforts and managing a team of L2 support engineers to ensure consistent application uptime performance and issue resolution.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
10 years of experience with Salesforce platform including at least 2 years in an architect-level role.
3 years of experience managing support or operations teams (L2/L3).
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ including product configuration pricing rules quote templates and approvals.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and APIs.
Experience in Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Flows and integrations (REST/SOAP).
Deep understanding of ITIL-based service management practices.
Experience with support tools like Jira ServiceNow or Remedy.
Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect System Architect or CTA (preferred).
