AI Network Tester

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and inquisitive AI Network Validation Tester to support the development and testing of our cutting-edge autonomous AI solution. This solution leverages intelligent agents to perform end-to-end network validation including pre- and post-change assessments.

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with engineering and AI teams to break down solution requirements into phased deliverables.
  • Design and implement comprehensive test plans for each development phase using tools such as Pytest Dropboard.
  • Execute test cases and document pass/fail results in alignment with internal standards and ServiceNow workflows.
  • Lead the unified test and validation effort contributing to the evolution of next-generation test validation strategies.
  • Interact with the AI assistant to ask intelligent context-aware questions that drive accurate and relevant responses.
  • Develop and maintain an internal prompt library to optimize interactions with the AI assistant and improve testing efficiency.
  • Ensure the AI agents are capable of understanding context interpreting code navigating approval cycles and validating network configurations autonomously.
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve the AIs performance and validation accuracy.
• Required Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of network engineering principles and change validation processes.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g. Pytest) and test management tools.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
  • Ability to think critically and ask the right questions to extract meaningful insights from AI systems.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.
  • Experience in building or contributing to prompt engineering or prompt libraries is a plus.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Background in AI/ML or autonomous systems testing.
  • Strong Python Background.
  • Experience with Next-Gen Test Validation strategies
