We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer who also serves as a Senior Mendix Developer/Solutions Architect.

The ideal candidate will bring a comprehensive technical background in Mendix low-code development SQL/PostgreSQL database C# Java JavaScript and cloud technologies including AWS and this dual role you will lead Mendix projects and architect innovative solutions while also providing expert developer support.
Your expertise will be pivotal in optimizing our industrial automation systems developing a citizen developer platform and ensuring seamless integration across diverse technologies. The ideal candidate will not only lead technical development efforts but also mentor junior developers facilitate agile ceremonies and represent IT in cross-functional planning sessions.

Required Skills : - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field. - Proven experience (7 years) in software development with significant hands-on expertise in: - Mendix low-code platform (3 years) with a proven track record as a Senior Mendix Developer or Solutions Architect. - Strong SQL/PostgreSQL database design optimization and complex query development. - .NET and C# development for enterprise-grade applications. - Java and JavaScript programming. - Experience working with AWS and Azure cloud services for application deployment and management. - Proficiency with Git/GitHub for source control and collaboration. - Demonstrated experience in architecting scalable efficient solutions and leading cross-functional projects. - 12 years of experience in a technical leadership or mentorship capacity such as team lead project lead or scrum master role within a development team. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycles agile methodologies and project management best practices. - Excellent problem-solving communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Skills - Demonstrated leadership experience supporting teams or mentoring developers in a collaborative development environment. - Experience with additional integration frameworks and containerization technologies. - Familiarity with other low-code platforms and modern development tools. - Certifications related to cloud platforms (AWS Azure) or database management. - Experience working in regulated or industrial environments
