Job Summary

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations on construction sites to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors vendors and labor forces to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
Develop and implement project schedules ensuring all milestones are met within the designated timeframes.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor compliance with safety regulations and quality control practices.
Serve as the primary point of contact for communication between project stakeholders including clients project managers and subcontractors.
Prepare and manage project budgets ensuring that expenditures remain within the allotted financial guidelines.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process promptly and effectively.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
In-depth knowledge of construction methods regulations and safety standards.
Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of successfully managing teams and projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with clients contractors and stakeholders.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints schematics and project specifications.
Financial judgement to manage budgets and control costs associated with project operations.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure.
