Job Summary
Job Title: IT System Analyst
Location: Boston MA Onsite preference (EST and CST)
Job Type: W2 Contract
Work Authorization: GC USC H4 EAD GC EAD
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution by analyzing systems identifying issues and recommending improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
-Analyze current IT systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
-Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
-Collaborate with stakeholders developers and other departments to design and implement solutions.
-Conduct testing and validation of new systems or updates to ensure functionality and user satisfaction.
-Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
-Create user documentation training materials and system manuals.
-Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends tools and best practices.
-Ensure IT projects align with business objectives and comply with regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications:
-Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration or a related field.
-1 - 5 years of experience in an IT Analyst or related role.
-Familiarity with tools like SQL Excel Jira Tableau or similar platforms.
-Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
