Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team in the EST or CST zones. As a Salesforce Business Analyst you will play a key role in analyzing business needs and developing solutions using Salesforce technology.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements
Develop and document business requirements and functional specifications
Design and implement Salesforce solutions
Provide training and support to end-users
Work closely with developers and other team members to ensure seamless integration

Requirements:

Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and its applications
Experience in business analysis and requirements gathering
Excellent communication and project management skills
Ability to work in a hybrid/on-site work model
