Expertise in Amdocs Billing and BSS/OSS systems to drive operational excellence ensure service stability and support ongoing transformation initiatives. Driving the day-to-day operations incident and problem management and continuous improvement initiatives across the billing ecosystem.
1. Expertise with monitoring and logging tools (e.g. Splunk Dynatrace AppDynamics Prometheus).
2. Hands-on experience in CI/CD and DevOps practices for automated deployment and monitoring along with SQL data validation and ETL process
3. Experience with API Gateway tools (Kong Zuul Apigee AWS API Gateway) & Cloud-based operations (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerized deployments (Docker Kubernetes).
4. Understanding of automation scripting (Python Shell) for routine operational tasks.
5. Knowledge of ITIL practices and service management frameworks.
6. Maintain strict governance and compliance standards ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks (e.g. PCI SOX GDPR).
