Job Summary

Job Description:

  • Achieve targets as planned

  • Work closely with CSO to consistently perform and achieve target every quarter

  • Execute different proactive strategies for lead qualification and nurturing via calls / field visits /

  • meetings /emails/LinkedIn / quality / negotiate & close

  • Responsible to give demos and presentations when needed

  • Get prospects closer to negotiation to close the deal

  • Prepare proposal documents / scope of work based on the client requirement

  • New sales strategy - Create and implement

  • Responsible for sales reviews weekly / monthly & quarterly via Zoho Sales CRM

  • Make sure payments are received from clients onboarded

  • Will need to attend exhibitions / summits to represent the company and generate quality leads for our solutions.

  • Use Zoho Sales CRM for updating daily activities as per company policies

  • Do Competitor analysis to make our solution pitch strong

  • Travelling & meeting prospects and leads regularly to move them close to closure

  • Team management for targets payments recruitment incentives & mentor them
