Duties & Responsibilities

Accelerate your learning curve where you will be responsible for:

Business development and cold calling for new business
Generating new Job Specs
Conducting comprehensive job assignment briefings with Clients to thoroughly understand their needs and ensure that this is translated into a clear job description
Writing and placing job adverts to attract Top Talent
Sourcing suitable candidates using our database Job portals Social-Media Advertising campaigns and other methods
Screening and interviewing candidates to present a suitable candidate shortlist to the client
Gathering CVs and supporting information and edit CVs according to company standards
Conduct reference checking and ensure all other checks (education criminal credit) are performed
