Duties & Responsibilities
Accelerate your learning curve where you will be responsible for:
- Business development and cold calling for new business
- Generating new Job Specs
- Conducting comprehensive job assignment briefings with Clients to thoroughly understand their needs and ensure that this is translated into a clear job description
- Writing and placing job adverts to attract Top Talent
- Sourcing suitable candidates using our database Job portals Social-Media Advertising campaigns and other methods
- Screening and interviewing candidates to present a suitable candidate shortlist to the client
- Gathering CVs and supporting information and edit CVs according to company standards
- Conduct reference checking and ensure all other checks (education criminal credit) are performed
