Deputy Director of the Planning and Cooperation Department

Our client is a leading real estate corporation in Vietnam seeking experienced professionals to join their firm.

• Provide advisory support and assistance to the Board of Directors in planning and design management.
  

• Participate in the preparation assessment and endorsement of feasibility studies master plans detailed planning documents and related design materials; ensure all submissions align with corporate standards legal requirements and project timelines.
  

• Lead the formulation of planning and design frameworks that serve as the foundation for consultant selection and bidding processes.
  

• Research evaluate and recommend cost-effective design strategies and technical solutions aimed at optimizing investment efficiency and project performance.
  

• Collaborate with the R&D Real Estate Business and Investment & Project Development departments to define planning objectives and design criteria based on market trends product positioning and customer needs.
  

• Review and evaluate proposed design and survey consultants submitted by project teams; compile and propose a shortlist of qualified candidates for approval by senior management.
  

• Supervise and review planning documentation and coordinate the implementation of design-related tasks throughout project execution.
  

• Oversee basic design management activities ensuring alignment with approved objectives technical standards and regulatory frameworks.
  

• Direct and allocate resources within the Planning & Design Management Division to achieve approved project schedules and performance targets.
  

• Perform additional duties or special assignments as delegated by the Board of Directors or authorized executives.
  

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or higher in Architecture Urban Planning or a related discipline from recognized universities such as the University of Civil Engineering University of Architecture or other accredited institutions.
  

• Proven experience such as Director or Deputy Director of Planning Design or Architecture preferably within real estate development corporations property investment enterprises or leading architectural and construction consultancies.
  

• Advanced English skills in communication reading and writing are highly desirable.
  

• Skilled in MS Office applications and proficient in AutoCAD as well as other design and project management software tools.
  

• Possesses a strong strategic mindset with exceptional leadership and management abilities; demonstrates integrity professionalism and ethical conduct; capable of motivating and guiding teams toward organizational objectives with adaptability and a solutions-driven approach; remains open to learning and innovation and is deeply committed to the companys long-term growth and success.
  

• Expertise in urban planning architectural design and planning management with a solid understanding of investment project development across all phases; well-versed in applicable regulations standards and industry procedures governing planning design and construction and fully knowledgeable of internal policies operational processes and compliance frameworks.
  

• Competent in AutoCAD Photoshop 3Ds Max and other 3D visualization and rendering applications as well as data analysis report synthesis and logical structured presentation of information to management and stakeholders.
