Job Summary:
We are hiring a motivated HR Executive to assist with day-to-day HR operations including recruitment onboarding attendance management payroll coordination and employee engagement. This role is ideal for candidates with 1 year of experience who want to build a strong career in HR within a manufacturing setup.
Key Responsibilities:

Support end-to-end recruitment activities - sourcing shortlisting scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees.

Maintain attendance leave and overtime records for payroll processing.

Prepare offer letters appointment letters and maintain employee files.
-
Assist in ensuring compliance with statutory requirements (PF ESIC Factory Act etc.).

Handle employee queries and assist with grievance resolution.

Support employee engagement activities training coordination and performance tracking.

Maintain HR data reports and coordinate with management for manpower planning.
Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate or Postgraduate in HR / Business Administration.

Minimum 1 year of experience in HR (manufacturing or engineering sector preferred).

Knowledge of basic recruitment payroll process and HR compliance.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in MS Excel Word and basic HR documentation.
