Job Description

What you will be doing:

As the Nurse Manager you will oversee all aspects of the 24/7 Emergency Department including:
Leading and managing daily operations.
Supervising staffing resources and patient flow.
Fostering a culture of clinical excellence and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Implementing strategies to improve patient safety satisfaction and outcomes.
Collaborating with physicians and senior hospital leaders.
Developing and mentoring staff.
Participating in leadership meetings and on-call rotations.

Experience you will need:

Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing BSN required.
Minimum of two (2) years clinical experience required.
One (1) to two (2) years progressive management experience required.
Current RN license in the State of Nevada.
Current BCLS Certification.
Current PALS Certification.
Current ACLS Certification.
Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department.
