Position Overview
Were looking for motivated entrepreneurial individuals who are ready to build a long-term career as a Licensed Life Insurance Brokers. Youll receive world-class training hands-on mentorship and access to high-intent leads - all while working 100% remotely and designing your own schedule.
Responsibilities
Consult with clients to assess needs and recommend suitable insurance products
Develop and maintain client relationships with integrity and empathy
Work with a team of leaders committed to personal growth leadership and excellence
Participate in ongoing professional development and training
Manage your own pipeline and business using proven systems and tools
Qualifications
Must be a U.S. resident
State Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain - well help guide you through it)
Strong communication customer service and people skills
Comfortable working independently and remotely
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong work ethic
Background in sales customer service or leadership preferred but not required

Compensation
This is a commission-only position. Brokers earn an average of $75000 $250000 annually depending on individual effort performance and development.
