Job Summary
FQA Inspector
Work Schedule: Day Shift (6:00AM-2:30PM)
Job Description
- Responsible for PCBA inspection (defect detection) of SMT TH & Mech. parts
- Knowledge and understanding of Manufacturing Process Instructions product documentation and deviation implementation
- Responsible for FA inspection process
- Responsible for PCBA inspection
- Responsible for scanning into the DGS system
Job Requirements
- Minimum of three years experience in Quality Assurance Control/Inspection process (PCBA and Electro-Mechanical components)
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements
- FDA-STD requirements is a plus
- Experience using calipers micrometers microscopes and optical test equipment
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate
- Organizational skills and attention details
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers

Required Education:
Must be IPC-A-610 and JSTD-00 1 3 years of QC experience in PCB Assembly manufacturing or 10 years of direct field related experience.
