The Opportunity:
OptraHEALTH is seeking a seasoned sales individual with proven experience in healthcare IT revenue cycle management and patient engagement technologies. As the sales executive you will be responsible for executing OptraHEALTH sales strategy and establishing long-term partnerships with healthcare organizations
This role involves full ownership of the sales cycle- from prospect identification and initial outreach to contract negotiation and deal closure. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding the market presence of HealthFAX within the United States healthcare ecosystem.
Based on performance this role may lead to the position of Director of Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize an established professional network to identify and pursue strategic sales opportunities.
- Manage all aspects of the sales process including prospecting presentation proposal development and contract negotiation.
- Position HealthFAX as a comprehensive solution for AI Powered Care Management Platform.
- Obtain competitive intelligence and provide strategic inputs.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and decision-makers across the healthcare sector.
Experience and Required Skills:
- Proven track record of selling software solutions to U.S. healthcare systems including hospitals labs and RCM companies.
- Proven experience of selling healthcare AI software will be considered strongly.
- Proven success managing end-to-end sales process and exceeding quotas in competitive markets.
- Experience with care management platforms including digital intake communication tools and portals.
- Skilled in developing and executing sales strategies that drive adoption and revenue growth.
- Strong communication with excellent presentation skills for engaging stakeholders and investors.
- Strong analytical mindset with a collaborative approach to solving complex challenges across teams.
