Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Drafting Clerk to support our engineering and production teams in Tulsa. The Drafting Clerk will assist with preparing organizing and distributing technical drawings managing quote documentation and helping with state compliance submissions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build administrative and technical experience within a drafting or engineering-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Drafting Support:
Download customer-supplied files and prepare physical folders for quotes.
Verify and update drawing sets replacing outdated pages before vendor distribution.
Manage replacement part and warranty shipments via FedEx.
Enter purchase order information and complete change orders in JT based on quote data.
Print and distribute job shop drawings; notify teams of final drawing issuance.
Print and laminate labels for panels crates and other production needs.

Additional (as assigned) Compliance Assistance:
Help prepare state submittal packages and assist with engineering documentation.
Track and follow up on state and PFS (third-party) review submissions.
Assist with the creation of compliance plates tags and labels.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic document management systems.
Familiarity with engineering drawings or drafting processes preferred.
