Job Summary

Job Title: IT Operations Manager - AI Fintech
Location: Singapore

We are partnering with an AI Fintech firm who is looking for a dynamic IT Operations Manager to oversee and manage group-wide IT operations. This is a hands-on operational role responsible for ensuring stability reliability and efficiency of the IT infrastructure systems and software environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day IT operations including infrastructure software maintenance and system support.
Oversee data centers servers networks and application environments to ensure stability and uptime.
Coordinate with software development and delivery teams to ensure smooth release management and system maintenance.
Implement and maintain IT policies governance standards and operational best practices.
Work closely with regional IT teams to support local infrastructure connectivity and security.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure quality of IT services and support.
Lead incident management root cause analysis and service recovery efforts.
Plan and execute IT operations budgets and capacity planning.

Requirements

8 years of experience in IT operations infrastructure or technology management roles.
Prior experience in a banking fintech or large enterprise IT environment is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure network management system maintenance and service delivery.
Excellent communication problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to balance hands-on operations with strategic oversight.
