The Role
As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer youll play a pivotal role in building and scaling the platform from the ground up. This is a hands-on role that combines backend engineering API design and mobile development. Youll collaborate closely with product and design teams to deliver features that power real-time communication and community-driven experiences.
Youll own projects end-to-end from shaping data models and optimizing backend performance to crafting seamless responsive mobile experiences that delight users.
Key Responsibilities
Design build and maintain end-to-end features across the stack using TypeScript Prisma and React Native.
Implement and optimize real-time communication features ensuring performance and scalability.
Design and maintain type-safe APIs and Postgres database schemas with a focus on reliability and data integrity.
Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate ideas into elegant high-performing user experiences.
Write clean maintainable and testable code with strong attention to performance and developer experience.
Participate in code reviews CI/CD processes and help shape engineering best practices.
Contribute to technical architecture decisions and mentor other engineers.
Qualifications
5 years of professional full-stack development experience.
Strong proficiency in TypeScript and .
Hands-on experience with React Native and mobile app development.
Familiarity with Prisma Postgres and modern backend frameworks.
Experience building real-time applications using WebSockets or similar technologies.
Understanding of type safety CI/CD and scalable system design.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote collaborative team.
