Job Overview:
Youll own the entire recruiting pipeline for delivery driver positions managing high-volume candidate screening across seven regional contracts. This isnt just another recruiting role youll be the engine that keeps a fast-growing logistics operation staffed and running. Youll work with established systems and processes while having the autonomy to manage your workflow and make a real impact on business operations during their peak season.
Responsibilities:
- Review and screen daily job applications from across 7 different regional contracts
- Make outbound calls to delivery driver candidates using provided scripts and qualification criteria
- Move candidates through structured hiring stages using a Kanban board system (calls background checks drug tests offers)
- Screen candidates for relevant driving experience warehouse background and job fit
- Update candidate tracking system with detailed notes and status changes
- Maintain consistent daily call volume and activity levels in a remote work environment
- Communicate hiring progress and pipeline status to the management team
- Follow established qualification standards to identify best-fit candidates
- Manage urgent hiring needs during peak seasonal periods (Thanksgiving through Christmas)

- Proven ability to work independently and maintain high productivity remotely
- Experience with basic computer systems online platforms and CRM/tracking tools
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and ability to make calls using US phone numbers
- Availability to work 7:00 AM 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Central Time consistently
