Job Summary

  • Identify potential clients and generate new business leads through research networking and cold outreach.

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with the technical team to prepare proposals and quotations.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by promoting company services and solutions.

  • Participate in online bidding portals (Upwork Freelancer LinkedIn etc.) to acquire international projects.

  • Prepare presentations project pitches and business proposals for potential clients.

  • Track market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.



  • Requirements

    • Masters degree in Business Marketing or a related field.

    • 23 years of experience in IT service sales or business development (preferred in web/app/software development).

    • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.

    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

    • Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred).
