Job Summary

Butler Private Residences London / Dubai / Cyprus

We are seeking an experienced Butler to support a family of three across residences in London Dubai and Cyprus. This is a live-in rotational role (2 weeks on / 2 weeks off) with travel and family accompaniment as a core part of the position.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver discreet personalised service to family members and guests.
Pack organize and manage personal belongings and luggage.
Coordinate household staff (housekeepers gardeners technicians) and supervise service standards.
Oversee property maintenance inventory and technical systems.
Support family travel logistics wellness and premium lifestyle services.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Butler Senior Household Manager or Personal Assistant in luxury private residences (800 m²).
Knowledge of international Butler standards.
Fluent in English; Russian or additional languages desirable.
Skilled in staff management smart-home systems and lifestyle/wellness services.
High discretion tact and professionalism.

Conditions & Benefits:

Rotational schedule: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off live-in provided.
Travel with the family is mandatory; advance preparation and property closing trips may be required.
