The Role
Reporting to the Head of Business Development youll lead a team of Business Development Executives focused on driving new contract hire and leasing opportunities. Youll set clear performance goals coach and motivate your team and personally contribute to high-value business wins.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead motivate and develop a high-performing Business Development team.
* Identify target and secure new B2B contract hire opportunities.
* Support the team with strategic account management and deal negotiations.
* Work collaboratively with Marketing Operations and Finance to ensure seamless client onboarding and retention.
* Monitor KPIs and sales performance producing regular reports and forecasts.
* Drive continuous improvement in sales processes prospecting and customer engagement.
* Stay up to date with market trends competitor activity and industry developments.
About You
* Proven track record in **B2B contract hire vehicle leasing or fleet management sales**.
* Strong leadership and coaching skills you inspire teams to perform at their best.
* Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
* Commercially astute with a results-driven mindset.
* Confident working with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
* Full UK driving licence.
