Job Summary
Dispatcher for Commercial HVAC
Coordination and support to service techs
Develops and maintains relationships with the customers liaison between customers and technicians
Schedule and dispatch field labor
Scheduling of preventive maintenance appointments
Issue POs for jobs and parts needed
Preparation of invoices
Document control - maintaining records
Compile materials needed
Assist with preparation of reports manuals filing and other administrative task
Qualifications required to be considered:
Commercial dispatching and customer service experience - minimum of 3-5 years
Must be very organized and strong attention to detail
Must have experience with conflict resolution and handle professionally
Education - minimum of a high school diploma or GED
Have reliable transportation
Pass background check and drug screen

Starting pay between $23 - $30 per hour depending on experience
