Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing & Business Development Executive for our Lisbon office.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Marketing Law Advertising and Public Relations or similar.
• Between 2 and 3 years of experience in a similar role preferably in a law firm big four or similar.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint Excel Word).
• Native level of Portuguese.
• High level of English.
• A good level of Spanish is valued.

Functions

• Responsibility for the quality of the Firms documentation and image: corporate identity brochures diptychs and other materials.
• Supporting and executing the Firms global business development strategy in Portugal.
• Preparing proposals and presentations.
• Promoting and supporting the firms business initiatives and commercial activity with current and prospective clients.
• Analysing business opportunities market trends and intelligence.
• Supporting and promoting the organization of events: logistics invites databases etc.
• Updating and managing the content on the website APP and intranet of the Office.
• Sending marketing emails: newsletters customer communications etc.
