Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your financial leadership and strategic thinking expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.

Youll play a pivotal role in driving the financial success of our projects ensuring seamless integration of financial strategies while supporting project managers in making informed decisions. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (project management legal operational excellence and finance functions) contribute to risk and opportunity management and much more.

Youll specifically take care of optimizing financial performance and compliance for projects rated in high criticality but also support negotiation processes to secure project success.

Well look to you for:

• Partnering with project managers to ensure the financial strategy aligns with project goals.

• Providing financial analysis advice and coaching to the project team.

• Optimizing financial aspects of projects including tax hedging and financing.

• Monitoring and improving financial performance including margins and cash flow.

• Ensuring compliance with financial governance IFRS and local regulations.

• Supporting risk and opportunity management contract negotiations and claim management.

• Driving continuous improvement in financial reporting and tools.

• CA/CPA qualification or a masters degree in finance.

• 12 years of experience in finance including as a project finance manager on large complex projects.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP with adaptability to new tools and technology.

• Strong leadership teamwork and organizational skills.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

• Strategic thinking resilience and ability to work autonomously in a matrix environment.

• Experience in the railway or industrial sector is a plus.

• An auditing or operational finance background is advantageous.
