Job Summary

Location:Wangen b. Dübendorf

Your mission:

As a Senior Internal Auditor your role is to safeguard and enhance organizational value by delivering objective risk-based assurance insight and advisory services in all Skyguide locations.

Your tasks:

Plan and execute internal audits in alignment with the annual audit plan
Assess the effectiveness of internal controls risk management and compliance processes
Identify areas for improvement and propose actionable recommendations to enhance operational efficiency
Deliver clear structured and insightful audit reports for various hierarchical levels (incl. BoD)
Track progress of management actions to ensure timely resolution
Present audit topics in high level meetings
Foster collaboration across departments to strengthen a culture of integrity accountability and compliance

What we are looking for:

Bachelors degree in accounting Finance Business Administration or a related field and aviation affinity
Professional certification CIA and preferably additional certifications like CPA CFE CISA
3-5 years of experience in internal auditing within an industrial company
Experience in Data Analytics as well as in AI are assets
Problem solving: You seek accurate information to analyze problems break down complex issues into manageable parts and approach solutions in a systematic and structured way
Teamwork: You engage in interactions with diverse team members and actively contribute information ideas and insights in meetings or other interactions
Proficient in English (C1 or higher) with strong verbal and report-writing skills. German and French are a plus
