Job Summary
We are looking for a strategic and collaborative leader to manage a team of Business Development Managers and drive growth across key markets. This role focuses on aligning global strategies with regional needs identifying new opportunities and ensuring excellence in execution.
The role will be office based in Lund Sweden and will report to the Director of Key Components Sales Hubs
What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Managers.
- Align team objectives with global and regional business goals.
- Drive regional product management and innovation through market insights.
- Ensure high-quality execution across sales activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support product deployment and customer engagement.
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity.
- Support pricing forecasting and strategic planning.
We believe you have
- 710 years of experience in product management technical sales or business development.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Marketing Engineering or a related field.
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience in the Food & Beverage industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Willingness to travel (1520%).
- Ability to adapt global strategies to regional market needs.
