Requirements

• Education:
  Bachelors degree (S1) in Architecture from an accredited university

• Certification:
  Valid SKA Madya (Intermediate Architect Certification)

• Experience:
  Minimum 6 years of professional experience in architecture

Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Planning

   • Develop innovative architectural concepts balancing functionality and aesthetics

   • Prepare comprehensive technical documentation (working drawings material specifications cost estimates)

2. Project Management

   • Lead cross-disciplinary coordination (structural MEP landscape)

   • Conduct quality control during construction phases

3. Regulatory Compliance

   • Ensure adherence to building codes (KDB KLB) and zoning laws

   • Manage technical permits (IMB SLF etc.)

4. Team Development

   • Mentor junior architects in technical competency growth

   • Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies

5. Technical Innovation

   • Implement sustainable design principles and emerging construction technologies

   • Optimize engineering value through cost-benefit analyses
