The Position

患者全程管理

1.在生态圈内绘制患者就医流转图从而更好的推动全程管理在医院内/间的落地

2.协助生态圈内医院及相关科室推进和打造会诊通道协助上下层医院间衔接流转助力绿色转诊通道的建立最终实现患者获益

3.管理生态圈内患者全程管理项目的各项落地实施并确保其合规性

支付方案

与准入团队合作协助整合罗氏相关支付方案传递完整支付解决方案信息

疾病认知患者教育)

与第三方机构协作针对相关疾病领域区域现状及整体策略协助开展患者教育提升疾病认知促进患者获益
