Job Summary
Ford Motor Company of Canada Limited is a national manufacturer and distributor of automobiles and automotive service parts headquartered in Oakville Ontario and is an integral part of the international Ford Motor Company organization.

Work Model: Hybrid 4 days in office per week
Responsibilities
- Support the Lincoln Marketing and Sales team with critical projects:
- Completion of our internal control are critical as part of a publicly traded company. This part of the responsibilities demonstrate effective management control and financial accountability processes. Involvement with this part of the business assists with future decision making and budget management skills
- Support the Marketing team to promote the Lincoln brand in Canada. This will include involvement in support and development of activities to highlight the products Lincoln is bringing to Canada and will touch on both traditional marketing mediums and also digital and social channels.
- Support tracking and review of Client Experience Programs
Qualifications
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Undergraduate or Graduate degree ( BBA MBA or equivalent) in progress
- Applicants will be required to provide current transcripts
- Applicants are required to be returning to school in the Fall
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel Word PowerPoint
- Candidatesmustbe available May to August 2026
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrated communication interpersonal and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Ability to deliver assignments with a value-add mind-set
- Automotive work and previous work experience considered an asset
